I am a passionate yoga, health, and wellness girly. After spending years in traditional healthcare working as an occupational therapist, I started feeling the effects of burnout. I made the life-changing decision to leave my full-time career and fully immerse myself in what truly lights me up—helping others feel their best, inside and out.


My journey began when I turned to yoga as a way to manage the stress of my demanding job. Over time, it became my therapy and transformed how I approach health and healing. Now, with a background in physical rehabilitation, I integrate both modern therapeutic techniques and ancient practices like yoga, cupping, and gua sha to create a balanced, holistic approach to wellness.


Whether through movement, breathwork, or hands-on bodywork, my goal is to help you reconnect with your body and feel empowered in your own healing journey. Let’s work together to create space for your well-being.

My unique  workshops combine body work with yoga to help you heal and unwind. Each session is designed to help you relax, release tension, and feel more connected to yourself. Intuitive 
Body Work

Intuitive bodywork is a holistic approach that combines my deep understanding of the body with my intuition to address each client's unique needs. Unlike traditional methods, I sense and respond to their physical, emotional, and energetic state in real-time using techniques like massage, cupping, and breathwork. The goal is to promote balance, release tension, and facilitate healing on multiple levels. By listening to the body's signals, I help clients access deeper layers of relaxation, self-awareness, and well-being. This personalized approach is ideal for those seeking both physical relief and a profound sense of connection to themselves.

Workshops

Relax and unwind with a gentle yoga flow as the sun sets over the ocean. This laid-back class combines breathwork and easy movement, perfect for all levels. Come recharge, let go of the day, and soak in the peaceful beach vibes.
